1. Call to Order

• The meeting was called to order by Dan Sinclair at 10:05 AM.

2. Approval of Previous AGM Minutes

• The minutes of the previous AGM held on December 15, 2021, were reviewed.
• Motion: To approve the minutes of the 2021 AGM.
• Moved by: Harry Hotdog

• Outcome: Approved unanimously.

3. President’s Report

• Dan Sinclair presented the President’s report, highlighting the achievements of the SMA in 2022, including successful advocacy for fair streaming practices and increased membership engagement.
• Motion: To accept the President’s report.

• Outcome: Accepted unanimously.

4. Treasurer’s Report

• Brienne presented the financial report, detailing income, expenses, and the current financial standing of the SMA. A surplus of $7,000 was reported for the year.
• Motion: To accept the Treasurer’s report.

• Outcome: Accepted unanimously.

5. Membership Report

• Rooney reported an increase in membership by 0% compared to the previous year, bringing the total number of members to 8.
• Motion: To accept the Membership report.

• Outcome: Accepted unanimously.

6. Major Vote: SMA Crypto Coin Design

• The SMA’s initiative to mint its own cryptocurrency, the SMA Coin, reached a critical decision point: selecting which mascot’s face to feature on the coin.
• Candidates Proposed:

• Discussion:
• Dan Sinclair emphasized the importance of stability and continuity.

• Members cast their votes anonymously via a secure online poll.

• Harry Hotdog received the majority of votes and will be featured on the SMA Coin.

7. Election of Officers
